Migration and update of the central NOC file server

Upgrade and migration to new hardware of our central Workgroup Server.
From Debian 6, Postnuke CMS and PHP3 to Debian 11, WordPress CMS and PHP7.

The new server is responsible for managing users, sharing files and media within the team, and hosting the R&D lab’s internal websites.

It hosts accumulated knowledge of years around projects which are grouped in theme categories and have been implemented by the R&D lab of NOC. It holds the contribution of the team members to the projects as they have been recorded in the form of text, mail, wiki, multimedia, pdfs and blog posts.
